Description

LSI Acrylic coated fiberglass fabric is a composite material with flame retardant and multiple applications. It is made by coating fiberglass base cloth with acrylic on the surface to meet customer's specific demands. The fabric has high tensile strength, better resistance to heat, light, aging and oil compared to natural rubber, SBR and BR1. LSI Acrylic coated fiberglass fabric is also smooth, soft, and compact, with outstanding functions such as low weight, high strength, high heat resistance, thermal resistance, nonflammability, anti-corrosion, good electrical insulation, and environmental protection.

Application

The protective acrylic impregnated fiberglass fabric finds extensive use in a wide range of industries and applications, including:

1. Industrial Insulation: This fabric is ideal for thermal insulation in industrial settings, such as pipe insulation, HVAC systems, and steam pipelines. It effectively retains heat and prevents energy loss, improving overall energy efficiency.

2. Chemical and Corrosion Resistance: The fabric's acrylic impregnation provides excellent resistance to chemicals, acids, alkalis, and corrosive substances. It is commonly used in applications involving chemical storage, tanks, and chemical processing equipment.

3. Fire Protection: Our fabric is highly fire-resistant, making it suitable for fire protection applications. It can be used as fire barriers, curtains, or protective clothing in environments where fire hazards exist.

4. Marine and Aerospace: The fabric's strength, durability, and resistance to moisture and UV radiation make it a preferred choice in marine and aerospace applications. It is used for boat covers, aircraft insulation, and protection against harsh environmental conditions.
