Description

Glass fiber yarn is made by melting raw materials such as silica sand, limestone and soda ash in a high-temperature furnace, and then extruding the molten glass through a fine spinneret to form extremely fine fiberglass bundles. These fibers are then twisted or plied together to form yarn. According to different production processes, it can be divided into plied yarn and bulked yarn.

Fiberglass yarn is famous for its excellent strength, durability, heat resistance, chemical resistance and corrosion resistance. It is mainly used as electrical insulation material, industrial filter material, anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, heat insulation, sound insulation and shock absorption material. , and can also be used as reinforcing materials.

Application

LSI Plied Fiberglass Yarn is usually used as reinforcing materials in composite materials, electrical insulation materials and thermal insulation materials, circuit substrates and other fields of the national economy. LSI Plied Fiberglass Yarn specification is linear density 5.6Tex-2176Tex; nominal diameter of filaments 4-11μm; 60-300 twist.  Those yarn is for good insulation, strong heat resistance, good corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength
